You are protected by our guarantee and returns policy. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase so we will accept returns and offer refunds or exchanges....

Returns Policy

Items may be returned for full refund (excluding postage and packing ) if returned within 21 days. Items of lingerie should be returned "As New" unworn with tags and hangers. Perfumes should be returned unopened and as new with cellophane still in place. This does not effect your statutory rights. Refunds are issued less postage and packing charges.

We cannot refund on items of intimate lingerie, I am sure you understand. You would not wish to receive such an item previously worn.

We do not refund on "warn and washed" items such as costumes as we sell costumes, we do not hire them.

Footwear non-refundable unless faulty..you should know what size your own feet are!

If you need a particular item by a particular date, you are encouraged to let us know. There is a box that will appear as you place your order in which you are invited to enter such information. If an item leaves us in good time (by Royal Mail normal standards) we cannot be held responsible if it reaches you late! If we anticipate a problem we will email you, when it leaves us we will email you, then it's out of our hands!
