Placing And Paying For Your Order

Select the items you wish to purchase and they will be placed in your shopping cart. When you have finished visit the checkout where you will be invited to submit your details and asked to pay. If you have logged in and wish to return at a later time to complete your order then your shopping cart will remain as you left it until you come back to us.

You may require delivery to other than your address. If that is the case select that option and enter the name and address of the recipient. Still include your own details in the ordering procedure as normal as they are required for security purposes.

You may pay using our secure credit card ordering system. This is handled by a very reputable company on our behalf. We do not receive your card details.

You may,if you prefer,pay using PayPal or, if you would rather pay by cheque, print off the order form and mail it into us with your payment. In this case we will dispatch your goods when the cheque has cleared so please allow extra time for that option. Please also note that your goods are not secured until we receive payment so it is possible an item could go out of stock in the interim. Should this occur we shall contact you to ask if you would like to place the item on back-order or if you would prefer a refund.

It has been noticed that Paypal displays a discount box when you place your order with them, however this is NOT related to the discounts given by us, which are submitted, handled and displayed entirely on site and only the final cost is transfered to Paypal.

Availability

We aim to have at least 95% of stock immediately available for dispatch to you.

In the unlikely event that we are  unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you to ascertain whether you would like your order to follow as a back order or whether you would prefer a refund.

At the check out you will see a box where you can fill in any additional information which may be of use. For example if you require the items by a particular day, enter that information here. If you leave it blank we shall assume you are happy to wait for the item coming in on our next delivery if it has gone temporarily out of stock.

Leather items are to order so allow a couple of weeks or so for delivery.

Postage - UK

We have tried to keep this as simple as possible for you. We don't want to worry you about weights and extra costs per item so we offer the following: We offer free UK postage on orders over £45. For orders under £45... UK delivery items will be sent by Royal Mail Second Class Recorded Delivery which requires a signature by the recipient. Your items should arrive in around 3-5 days. This is charged at £5 per order regardless of the weight of the order so don't worry about incurring extra postage costs by selecting the right bottle of perfume to go with the bra and brief set. Should nobody be available to receive the package, Royal Mail will normally leave a card and hold it for collection within seven days. Should it not be collected and be returned to us we will have to charge you full postage rates for a second delivery, or should you require a refund at this point, we will have to deduct the postage from the refund we give you.

If you require the package to arrive urgently please select "Special Delivery". That service guarantees next day UK delivery and you or the recipient will normally receive the goods the next day. But please allow 2 days as there may not be time to process your order and meet the last postage time at busy periods. There is an extra charge of £5.00 on this option. Also note that no deliveries occur on Sundays so a Saturday ordered Special Delivery should not be expected until Monday or Tuesday. If you require delivery on a particular day, then this is the best option to choose. Let us know when you wish the goods to arrive. We make no promises but we will do our best for you. Please do not request and pay for Special Delivery without first contacting us to be 100% certain the item(s) can be dispatched within your required timescale.

All of our products are posted in plain packaging, keeping your order a subtle, discreet agreement just between us.  

Postage - Europe

Free delivery on all orders over £100, otherwise £7.50 per order regardless of the weight or quantity of items.

Postage - Rest Of The World

Free delivery on all orders over £150 otherwise £15.00 per order, again, regardless of the weight or quantity of items.

Please be aware that the further you are aware from us the longer items may take to arrive, so please make allowances. Airmail will be used where possible. For some obscure destinations this is not possible. If you live there you should know.
